Terms and Conditions Bower Lane Dog Park Effective Date: May 2026 1. Acceptance of Terms By booking or using Bower Lane Dog Park facilities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 2. Use of the Park Users agree to: • Use the facilities responsibly and safely. • Supervise all dogs at all times. • Ensure dogs remain under control while on site. • Respect other users and neighbouring properties. • Remove and dispose of dog waste appropriately. 3. Dog Requirements Owners confirm that: • Dogs are fit, healthy, and free from contagious illness. • Dogs are appropriately vaccinated or protected in accordance with veterinary advice. • Dogs displaying aggressive behaviour will not be brought onto the premises. • Any incidents involving their dog will be reported immediately. 4. Bookings • Bookings are subject to availability. • Payment must be made in accordance with the booking process. • Booking confirmation will be provided electronically. 5. Cancellations and Refunds • Cancellations made more than [48 hours] before the booking may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within [48 hours] of the booking may not be refundable. • Bower Lane Dog Park reserves the right to cancel bookings due to weather, maintenance, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. 6. Liability Use of the facilities is at the user's own risk. Bower Lane Dog Park accepts no responsibility for: • Injury to dogs, owners, visitors, or third parties except where caused by our negligence. • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property. • Actions or behaviour of other dogs or visitors. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law. 7. Owner Responsibility Owners remain fully responsible for: • Their dog's behaviour. • Any injury, damage, or loss caused by their dog. • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to dog ownership. 8. Safety Users must follow all posted signs, instructions, and safety guidance while using the park. We reserve the right to refuse access or require any person to leave the premises where their behaviour presents a safety risk. 9. Website Use All website content remains the property of Bower Lane Dog Park unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission. 10. Privacy Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Statement. 11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at
